Kite Invoice - How to create Estimate ((Free Online Invoice Billing Software with Inventory and Accounting)

Kite Invoice is an online invoice billing software package developed and marketed by Kite Technology Solutions. Kite Apps are targeted mainly towards small and medium-sized businesses and offer as cloud-based version that Track Invoices, Bills, Warehouse, Inventory and more.

Steps:
  • Select Estimate menu, click "+" button on the top, it will bring up the Estimate detail screen.
  • Select customer and specify Estimate # and dates details
  • Add items using "+" button  it will bring up the item detail screen where you can specify the required fields like Product,Location, Unit, Quantity,Price,Taxes and then save the item, it will be added to the Estimate. To add more items, repeat the same steps.
  • Once all items are added, you can specify the shipping and adjustment cost if  it is applicable
  • Now you can send it to customer or save it as draft. Once Estimate created it can be sent to Customer though email as a PDF document. PDF document can also be e-signed before sending email.
  • Estimate Status ,Once Estimate is created and saved in the system, its status would be DRAFT
  • Estimate Status ,When a Estimate sent to customer it becomes ISSUED, customer acceptance and rejection is out the system.
  • Once Invoice created for that Estimate after assuming Customer accepted the Estimate, status becomes ACCEPTED.
