Business can send Invoice to Customer to get payment against items sold or services rendered. They can send invoice customer directly without SO in case of services render or direct shipping or items or to raise invoice on the go.


Steps.
  • Select the 'Invoice' menu and click '+' on the top, will bring up the the invoice details where you can specify the quantity, price, tax for that invoice by click on the invoice items grid which popups the invoice item detail screen for that item.
  • Now you can save the Invoice transaction as 'Draft' and send it to customer later or send it directly to the customer and marked as 'SENT'.
  • When the invoice created it can be marked as DRAFT 
  • When the invoice is sent to customer it can be marked as SENT 
  • When the payment received partially against the invoice, payment can be recorded and the invoice becomes PARTIALLY_PAID 
  • When the invoice entire payment received then payment is recorded and status becomes PAID
