Kite Invoice - How to use Kite Invoice, Initial Account Sign-up (Free Online Invoice Billing Software with Inventory and Accounting)

Kite Invoice is an online invoice billing software package developed and marketed by Kite Technology Solutions. Kite Apps are targeted mainly towards small and medium-sized businesses and offer as cloud-based version that Track Invoices, Bills, Warehouse, Inventory and more.
  1. User needs an account to use the app. The account is identified by a valid email id. The account can be created by the user when Signup or can be created by Admin user by entering the email id.
  2. After creating the account the user need to create a company to use the features of the app.
Steps
  • Account can be free which is free plan for one month period or paid account with selected plan using Free/Singup.
  • Enter valid email id and enter a password of your choice to create the account for the first time. Please remember this is not the password of the email id and it is exclusive password for this app to login with email id.
  • After entering the email id and password the app will create an account.
  • After creating the user account, the app will navigate to create company page. Please refer the next section to create the company.


        Create Company.

        • After entering a valid company name and plan, the company will be created and it is ready to go. The user, who is creating the company, is the Super Admin of that company and has all the permissions to access the company details and further he/she can add multiple users for that company.
        • Company can be created using Facebook, Google or Windows account also. In that case Facebook, Google or Microsoft services validate the account.
        • Note: Facebook, Google or Windows password entered in the login screen can’t be accessed by the app and hence will not be stored in the app. And app does not have any control to access your personal information and can’t be miss used. The app can’t post on behalf of your account in Social Media. Facebook, Google and Microsoft’s authentication services are just used to validate the email id, which is provided.

        • After completing the Initial Setup, the app can be used to track business.
        • Once company is created and user logged into the app, the home screen will be displayed.
        • If any Tax is applicable in the business then Tax should be created first in the system.
        • After creating Tax, the Products should be created.
        • Now Sales and Purchase Orders can be created.
