Kite Invoice - What happens when user Signup (Free Online Invoice Billing Software with Inventory and Accounting)
Kite Invoice is an online invoice billing software package developed and marketed by Kite Technology Solutions. Kite Apps are targeted mainly towards small and medium-sized businesses and offer as cloud-based version that Track Invoices, Bills, Warehouse, Inventory and more.
- Consider the user Signs up for the first time. He logs in to the app using Either Google, Facebook, and Microsoft accounts. As a first step user account created in the Kite Books system and the email id given is the LoginID.
- The second step is Company is getting created and the user account associated with the Company as a Super Admin with the Login Provider as chosen. When company gets created default settings like Group, User, Currency gets created.
- The one user created is the user who logged in as Super Admin and the user assigned into Admin group created.
- Only one group created is Admin group,the users in this group has all the permission in the Company.
- Now the Super Admin can start using the app. The user can create additional users, groups, and business related data like Products, Category, Transactions to manage inventory, etc.,
- When a new user is added in the Company and considers the email id is added into Kite Books system for the first time, then a user account is created for that email id and the user account associated in that Company.
- The same email id can be added as a user in some other company. Now the email id associated with more than one company. In this case when the user logs in using the email id, the app will list all the companies applicable for the Login Provider as used. The user needs to choose the company to login from the company list screen.
